Conservation Plan Update Please Take the Survey

Dear Community Members,

Whatcom Land Trust is updating our Conservation Plan. As Conservation Director of Whatcom Land Trust I value your involvement. The link below will take you to a survey asking for your input on Whatcom Land Trust’s seven priority focal areas and as well as your conservation priorities.

Whatcom Land Trust is a non-profit, started in 1984. Our mission is to preserve and protect wildlife habitat, scenic, agricultural and open space lands in Whatcom County for future generations by securing interests in land and promoting land stewardship. We partner with local governments in Whatcom County, State Agencies, Tribes and other organizations to help us plan and implement critical land conservation projects.

Whatcom Land Trust will use this data to update our Land Conservation Plan. This helps us prioritize areas of the County to focus on new acquisition, conservation and restoration projects. In addition, your input will help us to identify what types of conservation projects Whatcom County residents value.

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and is accessible through this link:

If you have any questions or comments please contact Gabe Ebberson, Conservation Director or Colleen Carroll, Ed.D., Communications & Outreach Director at (360) 650-9470.

Thank you for your participation and assisting Whatcom Land Trust in our efforts to Protect the Nature of Whatcom County.
